I specialise in both Swedish and deep tissue massage treatments. Swedish Massage focuses on easing muscle tension, improving circulation and promoting overall wellbeing, while deep tissue massage targets more intense muscle tightness, helping to release deeper layers of tension and restore balance. I have a Level 3 Award in Body Massage (with a distinction) and a Practitioners Diploma Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage. I am fully insured and a member of The National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapy (NAMMT).

I work out of Massage and Wellbeing on Gandy Street, Exeter. I have a regular slot on Wednesday evenings which can be booked online, but I also take bookings through out the week - so please email me for more availability.
